American Saxony Ducks

The American Saxony Ducks are some of the most common breeds of ducks that are found. Generally it is believed that this is a special German breed. Its body color is mainly white with yellow and grey tones found in the body feathers. Saxony ducks are found in many countries but the type that we are concerned here mainly weighs about 7-8 pounds. The average weight of the female ducks is a bit less than this value. This breed of ducks is reared in the poultry both for eggs and also for their meat which is very delicious to consume as a food. The color of the eggs is generally white or grey. The American Saxony Ducklings are fully yellowish or colored faded yellow. During this time they fully depend on their mother for food. It has been found that the American Saxony Ducks lays eggs about 100-200 in total per year. However this may also vary.
